We had a great Thanksgiving. The whole family was here for the weekend. Seems like the older I get the more important family is to me. I'm so blessed to have a family who loves the Lord. Today (Sunday) all the boys played in the worship team at church with me and it was a great time in the Lord's presence. I hope everyone reading this blog had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Make sure that everyone who reads this knows for sure that all of his boys are taken even the youngest.

Hey Mike,
Ya it was a good day for our family also. I must share with you part of my experience. With a house full of immediate family, extended family, and friends of the family, I listened to all kinds of conversations. Most of them - well 99.9% - of them had to do with the things of this world. Much was shared about TV shows, football, and jobs. I listened to the passion for these things, how time was made so as not to miss any ones favorite show or game. Hours and hours spent worshiping with a passion these things. Oh how well satan has us deceived. I was amazed that I had no clue what they were talking about, that's growth for me. I am not perfect by any measure, but I felt like an alien in my own home.
1 Peter 2:11
Dear friends, I urge you, as aliens and strangers in the world, to abstain from sinful desires, which war against your soul.

Its good to be an Alien!
